About Me

I’ve spent over 25 years in tech, spanning marketing, strategy, and operations. Most recently I was COO of a Series A SaaS company, and before that I spent four years as Chief of Staff to executive product leaders at Workday.

 

Along the way I learned that a strategy only matters when a team can carry it out, and that clear communication makes the difference. I’m at my best helping leaders get on the same page about what matters, building the structure to follow through, and then stepping back so the team owns it. I believe how people are treated and how a company performs go hand in hand.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I'm an incredibly proud parent to two amazing young adults who are making their way in the world, one in urban planning and one in forest engineering. My free time is spent hiking, enjoying wonderful food with my husband (which he often cooks!), seeking out the Bay's best soft-serve ice cream, and most importantly: having a good laugh and feeling gratitude for it all.
